Who we are

Acceptance

By using the site or app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the Service if you disagree. You confirm you are 18+ and legally able to contract.

What the Service does

You upload a résumé/CV and job details; we generate tailored materials (the “Output”). Features may include analysis, keywording, formatting, and downloads. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Accounts & security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not: (a) break laws; (b) infringe rights; (c) upload false, defamatory, or illegal content; (d) probe or disrupt the Service; (e) reverse-engineer; (f) scrape or automate access without permission; (g) bypass security or rate limits.

Your content ("User Content")

You keep ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and modify User Content only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You warrant you have all rights and that your content is lawful and accurate.

Output license & accuracy

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Output for personal, non-commercial job seeking. No guarantees of interviews or offers. You must review Output for accuracy and compliance before use.

Intellectual property

The Service (software, models, algorithms, UI, brand) is our or our licensors’ IP. No copying, modifying, or distributing without written consent. We may use feedback without obligation.

AI & third parties

We may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers. We set contractual safeguards and process data per our Privacy Policy.

Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data under GDPR bases (e.g., contract, legitimate interests, consent). Rights: access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Retention & deletion

We keep User Content only as needed for the Service and legal requirements. On request, we delete it unless law requires retention.

Payments & subscriptions

Fees (if any) are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Prices may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable (statutory consumer rights remain).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, or misuse. After termination, access ends and we delete data unless law requires retention.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted availability.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your User Content or breach of these Terms.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Courts of Brussels, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
